The infrastructure may process technical logs needed for security, availability and abuse prevention. Form data remains in the browser and is transferred only when the user sends the prepared email. Email and WhatsApp messages are processed to reply, assess requests and manage possible pre-contractual steps.

Applicable bases include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in service security and correspondence management.
