AI transparency and sources
Notice updated on 3 October 2026
The agenda includes summaries and translations prepared with AI assistance. Every card shows official sources, the check date and the absence of human review for each automated update.
AI assistance is distinguished from organisers’ information. BABILONIAproject.com Kft. manages publication; corrections reach management at info@babiloniaproject.com.
This feature uses public event information and does not send visitor data to an AI model. Contacts and commercial decisions remain with management.
Sources and updates
Each event requires an official source. Unavailable sources or conflicting dates are not treated as confirmed updates. Existing records keep their original check date; completed events leave the agenda. Confirm prices and availability with the organiser.
AI Act · artt. 4 e 50Content transparency
Article 50 covers, among other cases, AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest. It provides an exception for human review or editorial control with publication responsibility. The agenda still displays its AI notice without claiming a review that has not occurred.
AI Act · artt. 4 e 50Commissione europea · trasparenza IAP.I.N.O. and interactions
This website presents P.I.N.O. as a project and does not offer a chat here. People interacting with a business AI assistant must receive a clear notice before interaction. P.I.N.O. must identify itself as an AI assistant and must not impersonate Giuseppe De Vita.
AI Act · artt. 4 e 50Data and oversight
Cards contain only necessary public event information. Updates are protected and technical history is retained for 90 days. Private contracts, contact lists and visitor profiles are not used to compile the agenda.
GDPR · artt. 5, 6, 13, 25 e 32Applying the rules
Source citation is BABILONIA’s editorial rule, not a separate general AI Act duty. Labels and metadata in this agenda are not a compliance certification and do not replace AI providers’ own duties. Article 4 also requires staff AI literacy measures, which must be implemented within the organisation.
